Issue/Introduction

Sync to Rally Import Staging Data job crashes BG with OutOfMemoryError on integrations.getExternalLookupData

 

1. On a large system with Rally integration, with BG JVM set to -Xmx 3G, run Rally Sync job
2. Rally Sync calls Import Staging data job

Expected Results: The job completes successfully

Actual Results: The job fails and BG service crashes with OutOfMemoryError (OOM)
