We see the OneClick Server listening on port 14001 but it's not connected to any SpectroSERVER's on that port. For example:

Check and ensure that the vbroker.se.iiop_tp.proxyHost parameter in the <SPECROOT>/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/META-INF/context.xml file is the OneClick Servers hostname.
If any changes are made to this file, a tomcat restart must be completed for the changes to take effect.
