How to block specific YouTube video categories

Issue/Introduction

It is required to allow access to YouTube web-app but block the playing of specific video categories

Resolution

1. Make sure that "youtube" is enabled as Edge SWG content filter provider and it is set with a valid YouTube API v3 key, example:
   
   SWG>enable
   Enable Password:
   SWG#conf terminal
   SWG#(config)content-filter
   SWG#(config content-filter)youtube
   SWG#(config youtube)?
    exit                         Return to (config content-filter) prompt
    no                           Negate certain parameters
    server-key                   Set YouTube server key
    view                         View the current settings
   SWG#(config youtube)view
   Status:                                 Enabled
   Server-key:                             Abcdefgh_JNfo2lx3TS12345678901234567890
   
   
2. Go to SGOS' "categories" advanced URL @ "https://swg.local:8082/ContentFilter/Categories"
   
   
3. Take note of the video categories that need to be blocked, full list example is:
   
       Film
       Autos
       Music
       Animals
       Sports
       Shortmov
       Travel
       Games
       Videoblog
       People
       Comedy
       Entertainment
       News
       Howto
       Education
       Tech
       Nonprofit
       Movies
       Movies_anime_animation
       Movies_action_adventure
       Movies_classics
       Movies_comedy
       Movies_documentary
       Movies_drama
       Movies_family
       Movies_foreign
       Movies_horror
       Movies_sci_fi_fantasy
       Movies_thriller
       Movies_shorts
       Shows
       Trailers
   
   
4. Install in the proxy local policy file or in a proxy VPM CPL layer the following CPL amending it as per business requirements:
   
   <Proxy>
       url.domain=youtube.com request.header.Referer.url.category=(Autos, Games, Movies, Music) DENY

Thanks to the above CPL, specific YouTube video matching the categories ("Autos, Games, Movies, Music") will be blocked from playing.
