How can I correct debugging the CA InterTest Batch's GUI batch link job from different SYSPLEX laprs?

Issue/Introduction

Question:

When the user submitting batch link job from GUI but under the SYSPLEX, batch link job ended different lpar then user logged on. 
The user can only debug program that must running same lpar.

What need to change setting for CAVHSRVR to work correctly on multiple lpars under SYSPLEX?

Answer:  

There are two ports used by the CA InterTest GUI server. 

1. HLQ.CAVHOPTN(CAVHUOPT) for BLSPORT="#####"
2. HLQ.CAVHJCL(CAVHDPLY) for PORT=#####       # Designated port for server

The two port numbers must be different.
