ConnectALL Jira OnPrem to Rally automation syncing is slow

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Run existing Multi Variate Automation between Jira OnPrem and Rally.
2. Majority of sync takes longer time to update the records to destination.

 

Actual Results: 
Sync started slowing down for majority of automations.

 

Expected Results: 
There should not eb any slowness as in past the records synced really fast with the current thread configured.
