Symantec Messaging Gateway for Service Providers 10.6

Resolution

As of February 2022, this product reached End of Life (EOL). Since that date, engineering development has fully stopped. This means:

• There are no newer releases beyond version 10.6 

• There are no patches, hotfixes, or upgrades available

• No new bug fixes, security updates, or spam-related improvements are being developed

• The product is considered discontinued

As a result, although the service period extends to February 2026, support is limited in scope and does not include troubleshooting new issues, behavioral changes, or spam-related effectiveness problems.

• Version 10.6 is the final and latest release for Symantec Messaging Gateway for Service Providers

• There are no current engineering advisories or updates available, as the product is no longer under development

• No enhancements or fixes can be provided

• There is no supported upgrade path within the Service Provider product line
