Issue/Introduction

Issue:

Cannot use the 'Choose Files' button if an attachment was already uploaded using the ADD FILES window to add additional attachments to a CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) ticket.

Environment:

CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) 14.1

Windows, AIX and Linux

All supported web browsers

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to CA SDM
2. Select an existing CA SDM ticket
3. Select the ATTACHMENTS tab and click on the ATTACH DOCUMENTS button
4. Click on CHOOSE FILES to select a file to upload
5. Click the START UPLOAD button and wait for the upload to complete
6. Attempt to click the CHOOSE FILES button again - nothing happens.

Workaround:

This is expected behavior.

There is a test fix available for CA SDM 14.1 that will grey-out/disable the UPLOAD FILES button after a successful file upload.

If the START UPLOAD button is not clicked, you areĀ stillĀ able to use the UPLOAD FIELS button to upload multiple files.
