Issue/Introduction

The migration fails with the following error:

PowerOn task 'task-##' for Virtual Machine 'vm-##' failed due to '(vim.fault.DisallowedOperationOnFailoverHost) { faultCause = null, faultMessage = null, host = ManagedObjectReference: type = HostSystem, value = host-##, serverGuid = null, hostname = ##### }' Please try these actions manually

Cause

The destination ESXi host is configured as a dedicated failover host, causing the virtual machine power-on operation to fail.

Resolution

Select a destination ESXi host that is not configured as a dedicated failover host.
