Question:

Is there documentation on IT Process Automation (ITPAM) ability to pass information to a 3rd party Orchestrator (i.e. BMC)?

Answer:

There is currently no specific documentation regarding ITPAM's ability to pass information to any 3rd party Orchestrator.

Currently ITPAM provides a SOAP and a REST based API for starting new process instances.

Additionally, CA Services built a command line interface into the ITPAM Web Service Utilities which can be found here:
