Issue/Introduction

Question:

Is there documentation on IT Process Automation (ITPAM) ability to pass information to a 3rd party Orchestrator (i.e. BMC)?

Answer:

There is currently no specific documentation regarding ITPAM's ability to pass information to any 3rd party Orchestrator.

Currently ITPAM provides a SOAP and a REST based API for starting new process instances.

Additionally, CA Services built a command line interface into the ITPAM Web Service Utilities which can be found here:

Please be aware that ITPAM Web Service Utilities is not supported by CA Support. For assistance with using or troubleshooting the ITPAM Web Service Utilities, please contact your CA account team to engage the CA Services organization.
