Executing Rapid Reorg for DB2 for z/OS (PRR) attempting to dynamically allocate online reorg RID data sets and encountering the following:

Resolution

Per ACS services reason codes documentation under z/OS DFSMSdfp Diagnosis:
1011 (X'03F3') A nonexistent SMS class was returned

Modified hlq.CDBAPARM PRR member setting PRR-SMS (Y) to PRR-SMS (N) which 
allowed the hlq of the data set to control the allocation which appears to bypass the problem.
