Issue/Introduction
Users encounter a Java exception when attempting to launch the Event Configuration Editor:
An error message appears stating:
Cannot invoke "java.lang.Long.longValue()" when attempting to launch ECE.
After acknowledging the error, the ECE utility may close or fail to load any data even after clicking refresh.
Environment
DX NetOps Spectrum 25.4.2
Resolution
Restarting the processd service and restarting tomcat on the OneClick server resolved this issue.
