Cause

This issue occurs when incorrect credentials (username or password) are provided for the NSX adapter, resulting in a failed authentication.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Administration > Integrations
  2. Click Account Tab
  3. Expand "VMware Cloud Foundation" instance
  4. Expand domain (Management/workload) instance
  5. Edit setting of NSXT Adapter instance
  6. Valid "System Managed Credential" selected
  7. Click on "Rotate" > "Validate Connection > "Save".
