NSX Manager component configuration error during SSO setup

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to integrate SSO with NSX in VCF Operations, the configuration fails. The following error is displayed in the user interface:

Error occurred while configuring the component for SSO. Check Support Logs under Control Panel for more details.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Fleet Management 9.0.x

Cause

Active Directory/LDAP SSO has not been configured within NSX Manager environment. In order for Identity and Access integration to work with NSX, SSO is required to be configured, and all necessary security groups and user role are to be assigned on NSX Manager.  If SSO has not been configured, Identity and Access SSO will not be able to connect to NSX Manager.
