Unable to access VCF Operations UI using Load Balancer VIP after deployment

Issue/Introduction
- VCF Operations VIP URL not working
- Login to each node works
- VIP was assigned at deployment time in VCF Installer
- VIP resolves in DNS properly but it is not active or working
Environment
VCF Operations 9.0.x
Cause
VCF Operations does not include a load balancer and VCF Installer does not configure one. The configuration of an external load balancer is an optional Day N activity.
Resolution
Follow the documentation for the external load balancer of choice to create a VIP for VCF Operations.
