Administrators want to know what database changes are made in newer versions of Service Desk Manager.

The best way to do this is to compare the the ddict.sch files from each environment.
This should be located in the site folder (NX_ROOT/site/ddict.sch)
Ddict.sch contains the database schema.
Administrators obtain a copy of this file from each environment then compare the files using a program like BeyondCompare or the built in functionality of Notepad++.
Additionally, we recommend reviewing the Release Notes for the newer version.
