Issue/Introduction

Getting "windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher" trying to print or email with CA OM Web Viewer. New Users are not able to print with CA Output Management Web Viewer

Environment

MS Internet Explorer
CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
CA Output Management Web Viewer 11.5

Cause

The Certificate for the ActiveX Control, used for printing and MAPI emailing, expired on April 5th, 2019

Resolution

Under typical situations, any new user will be unable to download this control using the browser. Existing users should not be affected.

Apply this maintenance:

For Web Viewer r12.1 

CUMULATIVE BUILD 200 (Not published yet) will contain the fix for this problem.  Contact Broadcom support if you need this fix before it is published.
