Disabling firehose v1 turns off features for cf top plugin

Issue/Introduction

When disabling the check box for Firehose v1 in TAS tile --> System Logging/OTEL, this stops cf top plugin from working. 

cf top plugin is a 3rd party tool used to monitor app container statistics. Available from https://github.com/ECSTeam/cloudfoundry-top-plugin repository.

Resolution

The plugin is using firehose v1 to collect the data needed to provide as a view to the user. The tool is developed by 3rd party vendor and is not being maintained by Tanzu R&D. Users using the tool should contact the github page if any issues or requests emerge. 

 

In TAS env, to view app statistics and monitoring data advise using Tanzu Healthwatch or Tanzu Hub.
