Issue/Introduction

We can see the the following error message in the WP logs:
"Database inconsistency: 'JBA' to 'OH' not found. Key: '3138552'"

We checked the related entry which is present in OH but not in JBA

Cause

This appears to be a corruption in the database

Resolution

The workaround solution is to overwrite the corrupted object using transport case.

Step 1: Create a new object with the same name in a different client

Step 2: Use transport case to transport the new object and overwrite the corrupted object.
