View SYSVAPPS alert information in the Vantage Web Client

Issue/Introduction

Would like to view SYSVAPPS alert information via the Vantage Web Client.

Clicking on SYSVIEW Application Server's APPALERTS - SYSVAPPS Alerts on that screen output the JVM$008W message.
And no alerts were displayed.

 

　　*JVM$008W+No JVMs found in the current ASID

 

To enable viewing SYSVAPPS alert information in the Vantage Web Client, is it sufficient to set the JVMDATA mentioned above to ACTIVE?

Resolution

Configure the agent on the SYSVAPPS side and set the JVM feature on the SYSVIEW side to YES.

Once JVMDATA becomes ACTIVE in the SYSVIEW ASADMIN screen, this message will no longer be displayed.
