Issue/Introduction
Normally the Database Management for Db2 for z/OS Post Install is run in foreground through the ISPF panels.
Is it possible to execute the INSMAIN clist in batch (background)?
Resolution
There is no support for executing INSMAIN and the Post Install through batch. These clists have not been designed to be executed in background.
The code displays lots of panels, ISPF messages and does not check to see if the user is on-line or in batch. The interaction with the user, currently
has to be through ISPF and the panels.
