After a restart of the OPS started tasks, the CURRENT STATE and DESIRED STATE remain in an UNKNOWN state.
The SSMSTATE rule is enabled.

Cause

SSMBEGIN rule was deactivated

Resolution

Enable SSMBEGIN rule
