Issue/Introduction
- Users running vCenter 9.0.1 in evaluation mode may need to install VCF Operations 9.0.1 to manage licensing
- When searching he Support Portal, you cannot find the OVA to deploy "VCF Operations Manager".
- Users may also report that they cannot find the ESXi 9.x host ISO download.

Cause
Locating these files may be difficult due to the Broadcom transition and changes in product naming conventions over time (formerly vCenter Operations Manager, then VMware Aria Operations, and now VMware Cloud Foundation Operations / VCF Operations).

VCF Operations: Downloads are grouped under the main "VMware Cloud Foundation 9" product page. Specific components require drilling down into the "View Group" section of "VMware Cloud Foundation Operations". Users searching for "VCF Operations Manager" may not find the product as it is listed under the new official branding name.

ESXi 9.x ISO: These are located under a separate "VMware ESX" section rather than the main VCF page.
Resolution
To download VCF Operations Manager OVA:

Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal.

Select VMware Cloud Foundation from the dropdown menu to the left of your name.

Click My Downloads on the left menu.

Search for "Cloud Foundation" and select VMware Cloud Foundation 9.

Click the 9.0.1 link.

Locate VMware Cloud Foundation Operations and click View Group.

Select the 'Appliance' option for a new deployment (do not use the 'Upgrade' option).
To download ESXi 9.x Host ISO:

Navigate back to the main 9.0.1.0 page.

Locate the VMware ESX section to find the ISO download.
