Adding an ESXi host to a Workload Domain cluster fails as the ‘Next’ button is grayed out

Issue/Introduction
- When attempting to add an ESXi host to the Workload Domain cluster, the Next option in the SDDC Manager UI is disabled, preventing the operation.
- Attempting to add a host to a vSphere cluster via the VMware Cloud Foundation API in the SDDC Manager UI fails with the following error: "ADD_HOST operation validation failed due to: ADD_HOST operation validation failed due to: Entity: ESXi_host_name with failed check: Host connectivity with severity CRITICAL"
- The following log entries were captured from the SDDC manager at

Cause
The error is caused by the presence of an unhealthy or disconnected host in the cluster, which prevents the addition of a new ESXi host
Resolution
- Verify the health and connectivity of all ESXi hosts in the cluster from the vCenter UI.
- If any ESXi host is in a disconnected state, reconnect it to the cluster.
- If an affected host is no longer needed or is showing as 'stale,' follow the steps below to remove it from the SDDC Manager UI. Important: Please take a snapshot of the SDDC Manager VM before you begin.
