Setting Number Decimal Display to "Auto" shows the Default Allocation Percentage as an Integer instead of percentile

Issue/Introduction

On Project Staff or Resources -> Investments module in Modern UX, the total row for Default Allocation attribute displays a number instead of Percentile when you have "Show Total Row = True" and "Number Decimal Display = Auto".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1. Login to Clarity MUX.
2. Navigate to a Project -> staff module which has staff assigned to it.
3. Add the attribute "Default Allocation" to the grid which is a Percentage type attribute
4. Open View Options and select
    Show Total Row = "True"
    Number Decimal Display = "Auto"
5. Validate the totals in the total row.

Expected Results :- Default Allocation Total shows as a percentage.
Actual Results :- Default Allocation total shows as an integer.
