Alarm : Transport Node Uplink Down is seen on NSX manager but the uplinks remain healthy

Issue/Introduction

Alarm "Transport node uplink down" is seen on NSX GUI but no issues observed with the uplinks on the ESXi hosts. This issue is observed for two ESXi hosts only on a cluster. The uplinks are configured as LAG

Resolution

If such stale alarms are seen only on NSX GUI or API and no actions on uplinks (like uplink going down/up or flapping is observed) , Set the host in maintenance mode and reboot the ESXi host 

After the host is rebooted, exit maintenance mode and deploy or migrate VMs to the ESXi host and check if the alarm doesn't reappear
