Can I restrict packages using the package ID in ESI?

Issue/Introduction

Question: 

Is it possible to restrict the user based on the PACKAGE ID in ESI security?

Environment:  

z/OS, Endevor with ESI security

Answer: 

No you can not without problems with history records. The problem is that the pkgid as a parameter in the security call does not work for history records. The pkgid is encrypted in history records so can not be interpenetrated. History records are used in such functions like "Package History Selection List Display".
