 Question: 

User would like to know the difference between RC=0000/0000 from R15 Xmanager Log Versus RC=0004/0000 from R19 as seen below even though the RC=0004/0000 is not a problem.

 PXM4700 is a message issued after Xmanager defines a member to XCF so it can uses SYSPLEX services. 

Xmanager issues MVS IXCCREAT to define a member to XCF. Here is the returne/reason code returned by IXCCREAT.
