Workflow Functionality Not Working After Migrating Data from Release Identity Manager 14.0.1 to IGA V15

Issue/Introduction

Data was migrated from Identity Manager 14.0.1 to IGA V15. Following the migration, workflow functionality is not working as expected: approval tasks are not initiated, workflow jobs remain in the Created state, and workflow nodes stay in Planned status without being triggered.

Additionally, when the Identity Manager service is restarted, the affected tasks complete automatically without actually executing the approval process.

Resolution

We reviewed the Workpoint thread settings and found that the final option was enabled. After disabling this setting and restarting the environment, the workflow was triggered successfully, and a work item approval was generated for the Modify Group task.

Additional Information

The issue was resolved by Engineering, who corrected the code and merged the fix under defect DE650116.
