NFA Data Appears in the "Classic" NFA Pages, but not in the NetOps Portal

Issue/Introduction

I've verified NFA is receiving netflow from network equipment. I can browse directly to NFA and select a router and interface and see the netflow statistics. The netflow statistics do not show up on interface views in the NetOps Portal. System Status on Performance Center shows green for NFA Harvester and Reporter.  Portal Views show "No Data to Display".

Cause

The "CA NFA RibSource" service on the NFA Console was not functioning

Resolution

The "CA NFA RibSource" on the NFA Console machine is responsible for the following:

Provides a static interface--a RIB or Report Information Base interface--to provide the DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis data that appears in NetOps Portal views.

If Portal views of data from the NFA Data Source are showing "No Data to Display", start by recycling the "CA NFA RibSource" service on the NFA Console machine.
