Issue/Introduction

[SmAuthServer.cpp:242][][][][][][][][][][][][][LogMessage:ERROR:[sm-Server-02910] Failed to load library 'auth'. Error: Unknown Error]

Cause

This issue is caused when the library of the auth scheme being used is set incorrectly.

In the error message, "auth" is not a SM default auth scheme library.

Resolution

If the auth scheme is not a custom auth scheme, reset the library to the default library, i.e. for basic "smauthdir".

Or 

Recreate the auth scheme and change the realm to use the new auth scheme.
