Issue/Introduction

User cannot open multiple windows of the browsers or the Tab for Clarity (Permission Denied)

Resolution

- Open the Browser

- Edit the Bookmark Link

- URL was saved as: 

https://example.com/login

- Please update the Bookmark link with the following:

https://example.com/pm

Note: Remove the "login"

- Flush the Browser cache

- Launch the Browser (New Session)
