Issue/Introduction

Unable to migrate ntservices MCS profiles from legacy to enhanced on UIM 23.4.4

Environment

UIM 23.4.4

MCS 23.4.4

Resolution

1. Deploy the attached MCS fix ( mcs-23.4.4.3) to the primary hub
2. Login to Admin Console
3. Select 3 dots next to the mon_config_service and select Probe utility
   
   
4. select enhance_profiles then add the profile IDs ( you may add multiple profile ids at the same time).
   
5. then run the call back and validate via the OC page.
