Issue/Introduction
So I installed the new ODBC on our CERTIFICATION box in preparation for upgrading to 14.5.
However I am getting this error when trying to add states on the current 14.0.2 instance.
Does the latest ODBC not work with 14.0.2???
Environment
Harvest Software Change Manager v14.0.x
Unix/Linux/ZLinux OS
Cause
SCM v14.0.2 uses the "DataDirect" ODBC software that comes with the product. v14.5.x uses the UnixODBC, which would be the newer one. This ODBC software is also included with the installation media for v14.5.0.
Resolution
Recommend to always use the ODBC module installation software that is included with your version of Harvest Server software.
