Issue/Introduction

Users encounter the following error when accessing or managing Workload Management information in SDDC-Manager UI : Failed to load all domains information. Got bad CSRF token: invalid csrf token.

Environment

SDDC 5.x

Cause

This usually happens due to session issues, cached tokens, or a stale session. 

Resolution

To resolve this:

1. Clear cache and cookies on the browser
2. Switch to a different browser.
3. Try in Incognito Mode.
