No metric display on inventory list

Issue/Introduction

Virtual machine metrics not display since at same time

Below error found when the issue found in web.log:

com.vmware.vcops.ui.action.WidgetScoreboardAction.getMetricValues - ResultMetricDetail function getResourceMetricDetails returned null

Both analytics and collector service are running without any issue

These metrics are back to display after some while without any interaction.

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

It is intermittent issue that related to cache query and sync inside the cluster and could be recovered by system automatically.
