Certification review and console emails fail to send to all users when a campaign is initiated. The problem is that emails are only successfully delivered when a static email ID is explicitly hard-coded in the campaign reminders (test button) This issue affects the standard email notification process for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) campaigns.

Initial troubleshooting efforts focused on gathering detailed log information to diagnose potential configuration, template, or recipient resolution failures. The recommended action was to obtain debug-level logs for the mail-related packages ( as com.eurekify.mail and and com.eurekify.tms.mail
) from a single running IG node to capture the exact point of failure during a new test campaign.
Perform a full restart of the IG vApp server instance.
The issue was resolved when the client performed a server restart on the Identity Governance (IG) vApp machine. The server restart cleared a probable transient issue or resource contention within the application's email service. Following the restart, the certification review and console emails began to send successfully as expected upon campaign initiation.
