In Aria Operations administration UI Cloud Proxies are showing "outdated life status".
nslookup between Aria Ops and Cloud proxy are successful
ping between Aria Ops and Cloud proxy are successful
port 443 between Aria Ops and Cloud proxy is open
Running the following command on Cloud Proxy
from /storage/log/var/log/haproxy
less haproxy-traffic.log
We see the error:
Server PrxyRC_UNSECURE_BE/VROPS_0 is DOWN, reason: Layer4 connection problem, info: "General socket error (Network is unreachable)"
Aria Operations 8.18.x
In the haproxy-traffic.log can see that the IP was changed.
localhost haproxy[6589]: PrxyRC_BE/VROPS changed its IP from ### to ### by resolvernameservers
Re-Deploy the Cloud Proxy.
To do so log in to the Aria Operations UI and navigate to Administration ->Cloud Proxies. From there you can delete the problematic Cloud Proxy and then re-add it. More details on Cloud Proxy installation can be found in the following guide:
