Issue/Introduction

This article provides information on how to download the Symantec Content Analysis 3.1.3.0 release. This version is a maintenance release in the 3.1.x train.

Environment

Symantec Content Analysis S200, S400, S500 Series Appliances

Resolution

To download Symantec Content Analysis 3.1.3.0:

• Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal.
• From the dashboard, select My Downloads.
• Search for Content Analysis or select it from the Symantec Security Software division.
• Locate Content Analysis System (CAS-S200, CAS-S400, or CAS-S500) in the product list.
• Click the drop-down arrow next to the appropriate platform heading to view available versions and select 3.1.3.0
• Review the Terms and Conditions, check the "I agree" box.
• Select the option to download or generate a download token for the .bcsi file and/or release notes.
