Site Recovery UI is unreachable

Issue/Introduction

When trying to access the VRMS / SRM UI (https://VRMS-IP/dr or https://SRM-IP/dr), you see receive a similar to the following:

"Can't reach this page"

or 

"This site can't be reached"

Environment

VMware vSphere Replication 9.x

VMware Site Recovery 9.x

VMware Live Site Recovery 9.0.4

Cause

The Site Recovery UI can be unreachable due to stale ARP table entries.

VMware ARP table issues often stem from timing mismatches when VMs move (vMotion/migration), causing switches or hosts to hold stale MAC-to-IP mappings, leading to connectivity loss.

Resolution

To resolve the stale ARP table entries, you can do one of the following:

Disconnect and reconnect the VMs Network Adapter 

• Open 'Edit Settings' on the appliance VM
• Unselect the Network Adapter
• Click 'OK'
• Open 'Edits Settings' on the appliance VM
• Re-connect the Network Adapter

or 

vMotion the VRMS / SRM / VLSR appliance VM to another ESXi host, then vMotion it back to its original host
