dSeries: Next Scheduled Time of Events is not updating when Last Workday is defined

Issue/Introduction

The Next Scheduled Time is blank.  The schedule has:

Last workday of month less 4 workdays

When trying to Simulate the event, it works.

Environment

ESP dSeries / Workload Automation DE: 12.3 or above

Resolution

If only one (1) day, then workdays won't work.   e.g. For just one  day, this should work:

Last workday of month less 1 workday

For more than one day, this will work:

Last workday of month less 4 workdays
