The ISO file used for staging is corrupted. The file size does not match the original ISO available on the Broadcom site, and some of the checksum validations fail during the staging process.
Download a fresh copy of the ISO file from the Broadcom site. Use the validated ISO file to restart the vCenter patch staging process, which allows the staging to complete successfully.
