New VNA installation shows Operational Status down in Portal

Issue/Introduction

After installing VNA we see that it shows operational status is down in the Portal user interface

Dx NetOps Performance management any version

Cause

DNS resolution

Resolution

Configure / Edit the VNA  gateway within Portal to use the the VNA server IP address rather than the hostname
