How can I prevent error message GSVX345E and GSVX346E when CCI is not used

Issue/Introduction

We do not use CA-CCI and we want to know how to avoid the message below from the SYSVIEW start-up in R14.0.

We have checked the Administration manual and it seems to be related to the XSYSTEM option,
which we also don't use.

GSVX346E (MAIN) #CCI INQY failed, RECEIVER NOT FOUND
GSVX345E (MAIN) #CCI INQY failed, rc 08 vrc 06120000 xrc 12000000

In R16.0, the messages may appear as:

GSVX346E (MAIN) #CCI INIT failed, ENF OR CCI IS INACTIVE        
GSVX345E (MAIN) #CCI INIT failed, rc 04 vrc 00000000 xrc 00000000

Environment

Release: ALL
Component: SYSVIEW

Resolution

If the XSYSTEM option for CCI is not needed then turning it off will help to avoid message from description. 
To turn it off go to System Configuration member hlq.CNM4SCFG(GSVXGSVX):

Component-XSYSTEM Yes ==> No

Then recycle the SYSVIEW and the SYSVUSER STCs.
