Issue/Introduction

How to enable detailed mode or debug mode logging for CA Risk Authentication Server?

Environment

CA Risk Authentication(Previously Riskfort or RiskMinder) - 9.x release

Resolution

Follow the below steps to enable DEBUG/Detail logging for Risk Authentication server.

• Login as MASTERADMIN in the Admin console.
• Click the Services and Server Configurations tab in the main menu.
• Verify that the Risk Authentication tab in the submenu is active.
• Under the Instance Configurations section, click the Instance Management link to display the Instances page.
• Click the required instance link in the Instance Name column.
• The Instance name: <selected_instance> page appears.
• Edit the fields in the Logging Configurations section and set as below:

- Log Level as DETAIL
(Optional)
- select Enable Trace Logging
- select Log Query Details

• Click Save.
• Refresh the CA RiskMinder/Risk Authentication Server instance
