In a cluster where EVC (Enhanced vMotion Compatibility) is configured, when attempting to perform a migration (vMotion) of a running virtual machine, the migration fails with the following errors:
The target host does not support the virtual machine's current hardware requirements.
Use a cluster with Enhanced vMotion Compatibility (EVC) enabled to create a uniform set of CPU features across the cluster, or use per-VM EVC for a consistent set of CPU features for a virtual machine and allow the virtual machine to be moved to a host capable of supporting that set of CPU features. See KB article 1003212 for cluster EVC information.

This occurs in a situation where the destination host uses the same CPU as the source host, and the destination host's CPU is not the cause.
VMware vCenter Server 7.0
VMware vSphere ESXi 7.0
Please try the workaround as below :
If this workaround could not solve the issue, then please consult with the support.
Reconnect the destination host using the following steps:
(1) If there are virtual machines running on the target host, move them to another host or shut them down.
(2) Place the target host into maintenance mode.
(3) In the vSphere Client, right-click the target host -> Connection -> Disconnect.
(4) In the vSphere Client, right-click the target host -> Connection -> Connect.
(5) Exit maintenance mode on the target host.
