Issue/Introduction
ESXi host -> Configure tab -> Under Storage, click Storage Adapters under Adapter Details
One of the vmhba adapter report dead paths to underlying Storage devices while path connectivity is established on other vmhba adapters
Interconnect uplink/downlinks are up and WWNs are visible on SAN switch
Issue has been reported on one or more ESXi hosts

Cause
According to the logs, vmhba64 has successfully logged FabricLoginCompletion and received a VLAN response, indicating proper configuration for that adapter.
However, no response has been received for vmhba65. This discrepancy suggests a potential misconfiguration occurring outside the ESXi layer.
Resolution
Reach out to FCoE Administrator to review the external fabric and switch configurations and identify why vmhba65 is not receiving the expected responses.
