Refresh Needed When Creating Task On Board View

Issue/Introduction

When creating a new task on the Kanban board view in the project task module, a page refresh is needed in order to view the newly created task.

Steps to Reproduce
1. On the Project > Tasks module, select the Board view.
2. Click the button: New Task
3. Enter a task name, e.g. 111111111111111111111
4. Click Create button.

Expected:  The newly created task card appears. The task name can be searched.

Actual Result: There are several cards that are all blank. 
The matching task name cannot be searched on.
It is only when refreshing or navigating away and back to the task module is when the newly created task appears.
