Ability to update unsupported Date vlaue

Issue/Introduction

While the maximum allowed date for Clarity is 12/31/2099, it allows end users to enter a higher value. Post that in MSSQL DB environments update/Delete action on the respective instance is not allowed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to New UI -> Projects/Task Grid Layout
2. Update the finish date of the Project to value greater than 12/31/2099.
3. Open the Project/Task
4. The finish date value is saved
5. Try updating Finish date or any other field value on the project/Task

Expected Result:
The field value is updates

Actual Result:
System Error: Contact System administrator is displayed.
