IGA v15 C++ Connector Server installer fails with Unhandled Exception: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

Issue/Introduction

Trying to install the IGA v15 C++ Connector Server fails to launch the installer with the following error:

Unhandled Exception: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: input
   at System.Version.Parse(String input)
   at System.Version..ctor(String version)
   at customsetup.ccssetup.GetMsiParams(String Setup_msiPath)
   at customsetup.ccssetup.Main(String[] args)

Environment

IGA v15

Cause

Installer is finding registry entries from previous product versions already installed on the machine. 

Resolution

Clean up machine by uninstalling all prior IGA version components
