Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to import Operations for Networks into Fleet Management fails with with LCMVRNICONFIG900044, Failed to get Auth token for Operations-networks. Try after some time. Error occurred while fetching Auth Token.

  
  
  
• Using Retry on the task, with Skip Task set to true allows the task to complete.
  However the Operations for Networks environment is still present in Fleet Management >> Lifecycle >> Overview with a status of Deployment Failed
  
  
  
  
• Attempting to delete the the Operations for Networks environment from Fleet Management to try again fails with the same error. (LCMVRNICONFIG900044)

Resolution

Ensure the the Fleet Management appliance is able to communicate with the Operations for Networks appliances on port 22.

To verify this, SSH to the Fleet Management appliance as root, then from the Fleet Management appliance SSH from here to the Operations for Networks appliance.
